American Express, AugustaWestland, British American Tobacco and Heineken are among some of the employers that will speak at the FEM London Roadshow run by Employee Benefits’ sister brand the Forum for Expatriate Management.
This year, Employee Benefits is working in partnership with FEM on the show’s Fundamentals of Internal Assignments stream, which will be led by editor Debbie Lovewell-Tuck.
The one-day event, which will take place at the Business Design Centre in Islington on 19 May, will bring together influential global mobility professionals, providers, consultants and industry experts from across the UK and Europe.
It is the chance for HR professionals to hear the global mobility industry discuss the best ways to tackle the most challenging issues, as well as help discover strategies to unlock the value of global mobility, and reducing risks and costs.
Sessions include:
- ‘Aligning talent and mobility strategies to enhance and engage your workforce’.
- ‘Demonstrating the value proposition of global mobility to get your business case across the line’.
- ‘The fundamentals of expatriate compensation and benefits’.
- ‘Tailoring your programme around taxation and social security for more cost-effective assignments’.
A range of suppliers will also showcase their latest products and innovations at the exhibition, where delegates can benchmark their current services and see what new suppliers have on offer.
FEM’s London Roadshow is free to attend for HR professionals.
