Online retailer Amazon has appointed Andrew Stemp director of European reward.
His previous roles include global reward and recognition director at DTZ, interim global head of reward at Experian, group reward director at Alliance Boots, and head of compensation and benefits, EMEA, at GE Consumer and Industrial Europe.
In 2010, he held a short-term consulting contract at Hay Group Middle East which relocated him to Dubai for six months.
