Alexander Mann Solutions has launched a flexible benefits scheme for its 600 UK-based employees with a view to rolling it out internationally over the coming year.
The recruitment process outsourcing firm launched the scheme in March to help recruit and retain talented staff. It includes holiday trading, yearly health screening, dental insurance, salary sacrifice pension contributions and tax-free charity donations.
David Heath, director of people capital and global client professional services at Alexander Mann Solutions, said: "Our people are critical to our success and we need a reward strategy which enables us to attract and retain the best talent, and that is delivered in a truly engaging way."
The flex scheme, which is being provided in conjunction with Thomsons Online Benefits, will form part of a global reward strategy to incorporate the 400 staff in the 50 countries in which Alexander Mann operates.
Heath added: "We are ambitious for the scheme, and plan to continually evolve the offering to ensure even greater choice and innovative new benefits in the coming years."
