Crop management firm Agrovista UK has introduced an online payroll system.
Prior to introducing the Saas payroll and online reporting system, provided by Ceridian, the firm was reliant on manual payroll processes for its 275 employees, using spreadsheets to capture information.
Tracey Winson, head of HR at Agrovista UK, said: “The payroll implementation has gone extremely smoothly and we are delighted with the outcome. A prime aim of choosing it was to automate as many HR administrative processes as possible, and we have started that journey with online payroll reporting.
“The next stage will be to commission online payroll documentation before looking at adding further central HR modules to enhance the HR services we offer. This will enable us to add greater value to our overall business strategy.”
