Three has added discounted mobile phones to its flexible benefits scheme.
The new perk, which was trialled in 2011, was introduced in March, during the telecommunications firm’s annual flexible benefits enrolment window. Brands on offer include HTC, Blackberry, Samsung and Sony.
Three will also introduce an additional flexible benefits enrolment window in September, although some perks offered via salary sacrifice can only be chosen once a year.
The introduction of the second enrolment window, which was done with provider Bluefin, has allowed the firm to offer employees popular benefits every six months.
Emma Leadsom, reward manager at Three, said: “Phones and holidays are our most popular benefits choices.
“It drives traffic towards the total reward statement. It refreshes employees’ memory about what their total package is worth.”
