EXCLUSIVE: JP Morgan is to add a range of new perks to its flexible benefits portal, Elements, in 2013.
The benefits that will be added for the 2013 enrolment period in February, include magazine subscriptions, a will-writing service and a home care benefit, provided by Allianz, which helps provide care in the home for employees, their partner or their parents.
Adam Brooke, employee benefits manager UK at JP Morgan, said: “ There is quite a lot we are trying to do because we haven’t put any new benefits in this year with the [scheme’s] launch.
“We really wanted to refresh the offering in 2013 with new benefits on top.”
The financial services provider first launched Elements in February 2012, to bring all its benefits onto a single online portal. Since the launch, it has achieved a 60% take-up among staff.
The flexible benefits scheme is provided by Vebnet.
