BGL Group hosts benefits fairs

BGL Group has hosted its annual benefits fairs.

Almost 400 employees attended the fairs, which were held across the insurance firm’s sites.

At the fairs, employees could access information about their benefits package and providers, including Bupa, Marriott Leisure and Virgin Active. They could also participate in development workshops, which were hosted by in-house learning and development consultants.

Employees could also enjoy free therapeutic massages from health practitioners Ultimate Performance Lifestyle.

Gail Cingolani, reward and benefits manager at BGL Group, said: “We are as committed as ever to making meaningful rewards available to our employees, both to recognise their contribution to BGL’s on-going success and to help them manage their personal wellbeing.”
