Allianz has launched a global benefits unit to address the needs of multinational organisations.
Allianz Global Benefits will co-operate with Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty and Allianz global Investors. Its focus will be on benefits such as: corporate life; pensions and health products.
Combing global and local approaches, Allianz Global Benefits aims to help multinational organisations optimise employee benefits schemes across countries, providing an overview of their worldwide employee benefits, a more advanced, international risk management perspective and governance.
Dirk Hellmuth, chief executive officer of Allianz Global Benefits, said: “We see that more and more multinational corporations are shifting from looking at employee benefits at a country level towards more centralisation whether in term of guidelines, control, service or need of solutions.
“We help multinational corporations to achieve exactly these challenging aspirations.”
Theo Bouts, head of global life and health at Allianz SE, added: “Large multinational corporations and their broker firms expect financial stability of their employee benefits providers worldwide and can therefore rely upon Allianz as a trusted partner.
“High-quality employee benefit solutions combine a high level of employee satisfaction with a long-term added value for the employer.”
