Weetabix is in consultation with employees to determine what steps to take around pay cuts and working hours in an effort to bring down costs.
The cereal company, which also owns Alpen, Ready Brek and Weetos, is currently in consultation with its 2,000 employees.
A spokesperson from Weetabix confirmed that a consultation was underway, but is unable to confirm any changes to the organisation’s pay until the consultation has closed.
He added: “Part of the consultation is exploring changes to current shift patterns.”
