One New York design company has found an alternative way to help boost employee health and wellbeing of staff but also get them using the gym.
When Viceroy Creative, formerly Mode Design Group, underwent a major rebrand, so did some of its senior employees. And when your job is to get people’s attention for clients, it seems there’s no excuse for holding back.
Staff stripped off and posed naked for the rebrand but before all that, they underwent a grueling exercise and diet routine in order to get in shape.
President David Moritz, creative director Gabrielle Rein and account manager Raegan Gillette worked out seven days a week for a full month all in aid of the wellbeing of the campaign.
The shoot was carried out in the middle of the office while the rest of the workforce got on with their working day.
The whole process is surely an extraordinary way to get health and wellbeing on the workforce agenda…
