Kidsunlimited launched a voluntary benefits scheme on 1 June for its 1,600 UK employees.
The scheme, provided by LogBuy, offers deals and discounts from leading brands nationwide and local retailers.
Rebecca English, sales and marketing administrator at Kidsunlimited, said: “We conduct an annual engagement survey for employees and one of the clear results was that our employees wanted benefits in the form of discounts on products.
“As a direct result of this feedback, we have listened to our employees and implemented a benefits scheme that we hope suits their lifestyles and their needs.”
The new scheme has been communicated in a variety of ways. It has been publicised on the childcare voucher providers’ intranet site, posters have been set up at all nursery locations, a presentation was conducted at the head office and cascaded down to the nurseries, and flyers and booklets issued to all staff. In addition, an email was sent to all nursery managers informing them of the new system, which they will cascade this to nursery teams.
