Marshalls has seen a rise in take-up since launching a new benefit scheme in March.
More than 400 employees logged on to the ‘Options’ website to look at the range of benefits on offer.
The scheme, which is administered by Team Rewards, has been designed to give employees a broader range of benefits and to build on the success of their cycle-to-work scheme, which saw more than 190 employees participating in the last roll out with another launch planned for the autumn.
Samantha Allan from the Marshalls’ HR team, said: “We tried to make sure that we got the quality of the literature and website just right to give people confidence in what was on offer.†
“We were also keen to help peoples spending power stretch that little bit further.”
