Employee Benefits Connect 2017 to uncover future benefits trends

Benefits, reward and HR professionals attending Employee Benefits Connect 2017 will have the opportunity to listen to thought-provoking and industry-leading conference sessions that tackle future trends, issues and challenges within the sector.

The one-day event will take place on Wednesday 1 March 2017 at Park Plaza, London.

2017’s conference programme will feature six exclusive streams, covering an array of trends and subjects that delegates may be grappling with for their own benefits strategies.

With a future-centric focus, the sessions have been designed to help attendees future-proof their benefits offering and to inspire professionals by detailing market-leading innovations and approaches.

Streams include holistic wellbeing, technology and innovation, employee engagement, driving performance, talent management, and data analytics. Individual sessions will discuss a variety of key issues, such as gender pay reporting, the gig economy, artificial intelligence, and integrated financial wellbeing.

Delegates will be able to listen to insights from industry experts, including Katrina Collier, social recruiting expert at The Searchologist, who will discuss how to leverage transparency in talent management; Gareth Ashley Jones, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) benefits manager at Wells Fargo, who will examine how to future-proof global benefits technology; and Henk Verhoek, group head of rewards at Low and Bonar, who will look at how to use gender pay reporting to address underlying business issues.
