Transportation firm DHL Express, hospitality business Hilton and information technology employer Cisco have been recognised as some of Europe’s best workplaces 2023.
Established by Great Place to Work, employers who want to be considered must participate in the national best workplaces lists, which are compiled based on survey data that assesses employee experience in trust, innovation, values and leadership. They are also assessed regarding their commitment to creating a workplace that includes all employees, regardless of their identity and background.
DHL Express was recognised due to its commitment to fostering a thriving workplace culture, characterised by respect, inclusivity and employee satisfaction as well as its employee-focused initiatives.
These include its Certified International Specialist programme, which integrates employees into the firm’s cultural backbone and equips them with the knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service consistently, its DHL’s Got Heart programme which empowers and encourages employees to support causes dear to their hearts and its DHL4All framework that is centered on fostering a sense of belonging for all employees, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, ability, gender, or sexual orientation.
As well as a multinational employer list, Great Place to Work has published large, medium and small employer lists.
