Career history

Emma Loizidis joined Fox Agency in May 2022. After working as a holiday rep in Magaluf for five years, Loizidis created and ran her own recruitment and training firm for 10 years. “This is where I developed a real passion for people and business culture,” she says.

She then worked in a standalone people manager role setting up the people department for a tech software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup in Barcelona before moving to Mediacom North Group in the UK. There she was responsible for supporting 400 people across five different business. In her current role as Fox Agency’s head of people, Loizidis is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of strategic and operational people initiatives helping to achieve the organisation’s global growth plans.

“I think the main achievement for me is overcoming failure; I actually deliver a talk on this,” she says. “And following on from this failure, redirecting my career into something I was passionate about and essentially starting afresh in my 30s. I’m proud to always drive an ethical approach to the way I work, even when tough decisions have to be made.”
