The countdown to the glittering Employee Benefits Awards 2021 continues, with just one month to go until this 19th annual event welcomes delegates back in person on Friday 12 November to its exciting new venue at Old Billingsgate in London.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 is the go-to annual event of the year for the rewards, benefits and HR community, offering the opportunity to recognise and celebrate those organisations, teams and individuals who are driving innovation and excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.
Attendees will be able to cheer on the winners of all 23 prestigious industry awards, which this year include Best Benefits to Support Employees during the Pandemic, with separate categories for both large and small employers, Best Use of Benefits to Support Diversity, Inclusion and the Employee Experience, and Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance.
The Best Use of Benefits to Support Diversity, Inclusion and the Employee Experience Award has four shortlisted contenders – telecoms service provider Invosys, residential care home specialist Oakland Care, mental health care facilities organisation Priory Group and home improvement retailer Wickes. The winner of this highly lauded category will be rewarded for having successfully used benefits within its wider strategy to support the employee experience and/or inclusion and diversity among its workforce.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 celebrates the most innovative HR reward and benefits strategies, encouraging teams and brilliant individuals in the industry over the past year. The daytime event will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals face to face, as well as the ceremony itself.
