The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 continues to draw closer every week, as the 19th annual event is set to take place in six weeks’ time and will be returning to an in-person ceremony.
The finalists for the 23 accolades at this year’s awards have now been revealed and all of the winners will be announced on Friday 12 November at a new venue especially for 2021: Old Billingsgate in London. This year’s categories include Best Healthcare and Wellbeing Benefits, Best Supplier to Work for and Best Use of Benefits Technology.
The Best Financial Wellbeing strategy category, which is sponsored by Wealth at Work, recognises employers that have taken a proactive approach to their workforce’s financial needs and have supported staff in the making of financial, retirement or investment-related benefits decisions. Employers shortlisted for this award include water industry business Anglian Water, digital solutions organisation Cognizant, business services company Experian, law firm Hogan Lovells and software business Trayport.
Kavitha Sivasubramaniam, interim editor of Employee Benefits, said: “The past 18 months have presented an enormous challenge for many employers, with HR and benefits teams being at the forefront. Our awards celebrate those who have risen to the challenge and achieved so much during difficult times in various aspects of reward and benefits, including pensions, flexible benefits, and healthcare and wellbeing.”
“I’m really looking forward to celebrating these achievements and welcoming our esteemed guests at this year’s Employee Benefits Awards at our brand new venue for 2021,” she added.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 celebrate the most innovative HR reward and benefits strategies, encouraging teams and brilliant individuals in the industry over the past year. The daytime event will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals face to face, as well as the ceremony itself.
