Employee Benefits Awards

The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 is fast-approaching, with the 19th annual event returning in-person in just under two months.

This year’s finalists have now been revealed and the category winners will be announced at the highly-anticipated awards ceremony on Friday 12 November 2021 at a brand new venue for this year: Old Billingsgate in London.

The categories for 2021 include Best Benefits to Support Employees during the Pandemic for both small and large employers, Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance, Best Mental Health Strategy and Best Pensions Communications.

The Best Alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy award celebrates an organisation that has best aligned its benefits strategy with its broader business objectives. Employers that have been shortlisted for this award include sports membership organisation for civil servants and public sector workers CSSC, communications solutions creator Invosys, investment manager Nuveen, care home organisation Oakland Care, and builders’ merchant and home improvement retailer Travis Perkins.

The full list of finalists is available to view here. It should be noted that there is no shortlist for the Employee Benefits Professional of the Year and the Grand Prix categories, as the winners will be revealed at the ceremony. Employee Benefits thanks all of the organisations that entered the category this year, and offers congratulations to all of those shortlisted.

The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 celebrate the most inventive HR reward and benefits strategies, uplifting teams and phenomenal individuals in the industry over the past year. Attendees will be able to see who is ahead of the game in the industry, and recognise and reward excellence.

The daytime event will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and an opportunity to network with industry professionals, in addition to the ceremony itself.
