Boots has scrapped staff bonuses for 2014 because the business did not reach its financial targets in 2013.

It will impact all employees, including the pharmacy chain’s managing directors and senior management.
However, tens of thousands of employees will receive a one-off bonus payment later in May, which is reflective of current performance, rather than business and individual performance in 2013.
Boots declined to comment.
What a kick in the teeth after following their performance programme, reaching legendary its snatched 4weeks before it was due to be paid .after30years of service I think its time to go,greed from the top leaves the people who actually take and create the sales feeling cheated .
