Asperity adds concierge service to benefits package range

Asperity Employee Benefits has added a concierge service to its product range

Asperity has integrated parts of the concierge service, provided by Ten Lifestyle, into its online voluntary benefits programme, Reward Gateway. The benefit can also be tailored to suit individual business needs and can be paid for by the employer or put into voluntary and flexible benefits schemes.

Existing corporate clients will be offered special rates on the service.

The concierge will be available to employees 24 hours a day and in 11 different languages to help staff with a range of tasks such as booking tables at restaurants or helping them with business problems.
