Durhamlane hires first chief people officer

Global sales and marketing specialist firm Durhamlane has appointed Sinead Hall as its first chief people officer.

Hall’s remit will focus on developing and shaping the organisation’s culture to position itself as a top employer, offering quality services to its clients by recruiting, developing and retaining the best sales and marketing talent.

With more than 15 years’ experience in HR and talent management knowledge, Hall joins from digital marketing agency Evolved Search, where she was head of people for more than three years and helped to secure the GPTW Best Workplace for Women UK award in 2022. Prior to this, she was senior people advisor at clothing brand End.
