DesignMyNight fishing for £1,000 sushi brunch sampler

DesignMyNight sushi brunchSomething for the weekend: Hospitality discovery platform DesignMyNight has started fishing for someone to indulge in and review the best sushi brunches across the UK.

The platform is looking for someone with a so-fish-ticated and discerning palate, a love of all things brunch, and a talent for writing. If you can tell the difference between uramaki, nigiri and sashimi, then this may be the role for you.

Once the lucky taste tester sea-weeded out from the other applicants, they will receive £1,000, comprising £500 in restaurant vouchers to splurge on sushi brunches at up to five different UK restaurants, and £500 in DesignMyNight points that can be used on ticketed events, such as immersive dinners and nights out.

The sashimi specialist will be required to write a review of their experiences, which will be published on the DesignMyNight website. Applicants ready to rice to the challenge should fill out a short application by midnight on Sunday 23 April explaining why they are the perfect person for the roll.

Anisah Audu-Evans, managing editor for DesignMyNight, said: “At DesignMyNight, we love a good brunch. And these days, UK restaurants are going beyond the standard eggs and Bloody Mary combination we’ve been used to. In the last year, we’ve seen more than 100,000 searches for sushi brunches on DesignMyNight.com, proving that this trend isn’t going away any time soon.

“From bottomless salmon sashimi and kimchi rolls in Leeds to Manchester spots serving tiger prawn nigiri washed down with cocktails, we’re on the hunt to find the UK’s best places for a sushi brunch. We need a sushi brunch tester who shares our same passion for hospitality and can help us uncover more local restaurants and hidden gems across the country.”

Here at Employee Benefits, we might just roe on down to the site and fill out a form for this crab-tivating oppor-tuna-ty!
