International airline Virgin Atlantic has appointed Estelle Hollingsworth as chief people officer.
In this role, Estelle will be responsible for supporting employees to thrive at work and creating an inclusive experience for all.
She previously served as a vice president at the airline, where she was responsible for talent, leadership development, and learning. She has also had experience in several HR and talent roles at organisations such as BAE Systems, and Air Products and Chemicals.
