Tobermore launches employee health and wellbeing app for staff

Manufacturing organisation Tobermore has introduced a health and wellbeing app to support the mental health of its 300 employees.

Launched 12 August 2020, the Tobermore Connect app gives employees access to a range of physical and mental wellbeing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Employees can make online appointments directly through the app and and receive one-to-one counselling sessions from a team of qualified medical professionals, as well as access a hub of information, giving them advice and support on physical and mental health issues through factsheets and online videos.

David Henderson, managing director at Tobermore, said: “All of us can experience pressure from different parts of our lives, from time to time, whether it is personal, work or financial. By providing our team with the best support, everyone can reach their full potential.

“I am proud to launch our new Tobermore Connect app which provides health and wellbeing support for our employees. All of us can experience pressure from different parts of our lives, from time to time, whether it is personal, work or financial.

“These factors can make life difficult, so it is essential we have the necessary tools and support available. By providing our team with the best support, everyone can reach their full potential. We want our staff to know that whatever mental, physical, emotional or financial struggles they face, Tobermore is here to help.”
