Real estate finance and investment house TAB has recruited Lianne Mason as its inaugural people manager, its first specialist HR appointment.
Mason’s responsibilities will include overseeing and taking charge of the recruitment and selection process, developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation, helping to nurture a positive working environment and implementing employee wellbeing initiatives.
With a wealth of HR experience and expertise, Mason joins from leading tech business Vizlib, where its HR department supported more than 150 members of staff.
According to the firm, which has recently increased its team from 32 to 39 employees, this hire marks a significant moment in its growth trajectory and underscores its commitment to cultivating an innovative culture and an outstanding workforce.
