Dedrone hires new chief people officer

Dedrone chief people officerSmart airspace security firm Dedrone has hired Sara Devitt as chief people officer.

In this role, Devitt will lead Dedrone’s global people strategy and continue its legacy of attracting, developing and retaining top, diverse talent to enable its current growth phase.

Devitt has more than 20 years’ experience, first at Harvard Business School Publishing and then at Emotive, Hinge, Industrious and HealthFirst. During her career, she has implemented complete onboarding processes, and built value and culture norms to enable productivity improvements.
