Sports streaming service DAZN has hired Shaun Conning as the new chief people officer.
In his new role, Conning will manage the organisations’ HR and people functions and lead its global people strategy. He will also foster diversity, inclusion, creativity and innovation.
Conning comes from an HR, commercial and operations background and previously held positions at Marks and Spencer and Comet. He also founded HR consultancies Encompass People and Tapd Solutions, both of which provide coaching and people technology solutions.
Conning will report to directly to James Rushton, chief executive at the organisation, as part of the executive committee management team.
