Facility solutions organisation ABM UK has appointed Chris Townsend as senior director of HR for the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
For the past 10 months, Townsend has been working in a contractor role supporting the organisation’s UK HR team. Prior to this, he has gained HR experience across a wide range of sectors, including media technology, manufacturing, outsourced services, and facilities management.
In his new role, Townsend will enhance ABM UK’s HR strategy, with initial priorities including driving greater alignment in the UK with a new HR operating model in areas such as talent, rewards, and HR shared services.
