Joanna Bean (pictured), head of reward, UK and Ireland at Samsung, will demonstrate how the organisation has used flexible benefits technology to boost employee enagegement.
She will speak in a session titled ‘Flexible benefits to boost employee engagement’ at Employee Benefits Live, which will focus on using benefits and technology to boost employee engagement, demonstrating how the combination has made a real impact at the electronics organisation.
Bean said: “The presentation has been designed to share what we do at Samsung and where leveraging technology has made a difference to our employee’s benefits experience, with examples of activities and ideas used to harness and build employee engagement.”
The session will share ideas that delegates can take back to their own organisation and provide an opportunity to ask questions.
“The session is based on activities that we undertake here at Samsung on a regular basis with our employee benefits, showcasing where we have come from and where we are today,” added Bean.

Employee Benefits Live will be held at Olympia National in London on 24 and 25 September 2014.
