British Sugar uses total reward to attract and retain talent

Henk Verhoek, head of reward at British Sugar, is to share a case study at Employee Benefits Live about how the organisation uses total reward to attract, develop and retain the right talent.


The session, ‘Showcasing benefits to top talent’, will show delegates how total reward can drive culture and performance.

Verhoek will also share insights into how total reward is used at British Sugar to drive culture change and improve performance.

“It will give delegates insight into how to use total reward as a key tool,” added Verhoek. “The sugar industry is changing and British Sugar has to adapt to that changing environment.

“Total reward is used as a key tool to attract, develop and retain those individuals who add value to the business.”
