Mosaic Insurance Group hires chief people officer

Mosaic Mosaic Insurance Group has appointed strategic human resources executive Claire Eeles (pictured) as chief people officer.

Eeles, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, will be based in London and become a member of the group’s leadership team. Her role will encompass overall strategic responsibility for Mosaic Insurance’s people, talent and culture.

She previously worked in international roles for XL Capital, Brit Insurance, WTW, and AJ Gallagher. Most recently, Eeles was global human resources director for Gallagher Re, and prior to this, HR director for people and change aspects of an operational improvement program at Willis Towers Watson. She began her career as a consultant at Accenture.

Eeles said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Mosaic, it’s an exciting business that clearly has its people and culture at the heart of what it is and does. I look forward to being part of this talented team to help further develop a people strategy that supports Mosaic’s business growth plans.”
