Kwalee hires new vice president of HR

Kwalee vice president HRMobile, PC and console games developer and publisher Kwalee has appointed Adrian Garton as its new vice president of HR.

In his new role, Garton will build a robust learning and development function that empowers Kwalee staff to grow in their careers and innovate further. He will streamline the hiring processes to attract the best talent in the games industry and expand the employer’s reach into universities, internships and apprenticeships.

With experience in equality, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, talent acquisition and organisational development, and more than 25 years in HR, Garton has worked in European, Indian and American-owned businesses, often as part of both regional and global teams. His journey began in the IT sector, where he was responsible for IT operations and infrastructure technology.
