Business and technology consultancy Detica has introduced a voluntary benefits scheme for its 1,400 UK employees.
The scheme, which is called Pick and Mix Extras, will run alongside the organisation’s flexible benefits programme and will include discounts from retailers such as Asda, Comet and Vodafone.
Jo Eagle, reward and HR analyst at Detica, said: “In these challenging financial times, we are really pleased to offer our employees such a great range of retail discounts and offers.
“We felt they would appreciate the opportunity to make genuine savings on everyday things, such as groceries and petrol.”
Detica is also working with Asperity Employee Benefits, which provides the voluntary benefits scheme, to produce a regular news feed for employees to raise awareness of the offers available through the plan.
