ForFarmers UK, a feed materials supplier to farmers and livestock producers, has recruited Gillian Dixon as UK HR lead to take responsibility for all human resources.
ForFarmers UK is a subsidiary of ForFarmers, which operates in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Poland, and has approximately 2,700 employees.
Dixon joins the business from Barrie Knitwear, which is part of the Chanel Group, and has previously held the role of human resources director for Carr’s Group. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a business practitioner in neurolinguistic programming and a client practitioner in insights, having initially studied at Sheffield Hallam University.
