Independent video game studio and entertainment business Rebellion has launched health and wellbeing support for its more than 400 employees.
Using Towergate Health and Protection’s platform Kinetic+, the firm’s workforce can now access digitally delivered support, based on health risk profiling, including an integrated risk assessment, treatment and support tool.
The platform offers analysis, treatment, and support, enabling Rebellion to choose from a range of solutions and services, to match the needs of its employees.
Staff begin by carrying out an online health risk assessment questionnaire, which enables the content to be matched to their individual needs, and signposting to support is embedded.
The platform will also provide Rebellion with anonymised reports on the profile of the workforce to assist with a more tactical and strategic approach to its health and wellbeing support, as well as delivering automated health and wellbeing communications through an option for bespoke communications customised for the business and its workforce.
According to the business, senior leadership wanted a health and wellbeing support solution that was easy to access, with all benefits clearly available in one place, and the value of the employee’s specific package easily demonstrated.
