Who will win at the Employee Benefits Awards 2023?

Employee Benefits Awards 2023The winners of the 21st annual Employee Benefits Awards will be unveiled today (Friday 23 June).

The Employee Benefits Awards 2023 is the must-attend event for those working in the reward, benefits and HR industry. Comedian Suzi Ruffell will host the ceremony, which acknowledges and celebrates some of the most innovative HR reward and benefits strategies, supportive teams and outstanding individuals in the industry over the past year.

Aldi Stores, Lidl GB, Roadchef, Welcome Break, Autotrader and Wickes are just some of the employers shortlisted for recognition at this year’s event, which is being held at the Honourable Artillery Company in London.

There are 22 categories this year, three of which are new for 2023. These include Best public sector benefits, Best benefits to support reproductive health, and Best benefits to support work-life balance and hybrid working. Other categories include Best benefits to support menopause, Best benefits to support diversity, equity and inclusion, and Best motivation or recognition scheme.

There was no shortlist for the Grand Prix category, as the winner will be announced at the ceremony. The award is given to the organisation that has most impressed judges with its overall achievements, with the University of Lincoln scooping the prize for the past two years.

The daytime event will include a drinks reception, three-course lunch and a not-to-be-missed after-party that will include live music, dodgems, a carousel and big wheel in the venue’s private grounds. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals, peers and colleagues.
