Syniti hires new chief people officer

Syniti chief people officerEnterprise data management firm Syniti has recruited Craig Ayers as its new chief people officer as of this month.

In this role, Ayers will lead Syniti’s global HR function, including talent management, recruiting and employee engagement efforts. In addition, he will oversee its employee resource groups, helping sustain and continuously develop its inclusive culture.

Ayers joins from physical and immersive experience design consultancy Journey, which he co-founded and served as chief operating officer (COO), chief financial officer (CFO) and board member. He built operational and financial processes and helped drive the acquisition and integration of businesses aligned with its strategy.

Before this, he served as global CFO and COO at design consultancy Frog Design for nearly nine years until it was acquired by Capgemini in 2021. Prior to this, he worked in finance, operations and HR at Accenture, including a stint as director and country lead in Mauritius.
