Our People

Jo – Head of HR, Wigan and Leigh College

“Stribe is definitely impactful on an individual basis and an organisational one.”

Stribe have been working with Wigan and Leigh College for the last 2 years. In that time the college have improved their score in the Times Best Companies ‘Very Good’ employee engagement in 2020 to ‘World Class’ in 2021.

This is a huge leap in the achievement level, particularly during the period of the pandemic when many staff are facing challenges both personally and professionally, they believe that the use of Stribe has been fundamental to this progress and has had a direct impact on the result.

“The great thing about Stribe as a company is, if we have an idea that doesn’t always fit with what Stribe was built for, you have helped us find a solution to make it work. We’ve also made suggestions for future development which we know are being listened to because you have already implemented some of them. We really don’t think we could’ve asked for a better response in terms of support from your team.”

Lee Fallows, Director of HR and OD at Bolton Council

“Stribe is a leading workforce engagement tool and can provide a medium that will work towards unifying the workforce around culture, behaviours, and performance management.

It is designed to help staff feel more connected and engaged with their employer. Our collaboration represents an innovative shift in the field of public sector staff engagement, providing the workforce with immediate access to vital information and support.”

Mairi Probin – Chief Culture and People Officer, Jackson Lees Group

“When you start to work with Stribe, you start to work with a team

and will work tirelessly with you to achieve them. What’s not to like about that!”

Sam Shek – Operations Director, Ruia Group

“For certain software services I can I end up dealing with up to eight different people about eight different things! What we like about Stribe is that the support is centralised.

It gives us a lot of comfort that, when I’m coming to speak with you, I just know it’ll be an easy conversation because you know us so well. It really is a testament to Stribe. We can see that Stribe believe that customer success is so important.”

Michelle, Director of People, Washwood Heath MAT

“We considered that [Stribe] would be a useful way of engaging staff at regular intervals and embedding a culture of listening and consultation. We know that if our staff are happy and feel heard, they are more likely to invest discretionary effort and have a more positive impact on school improvement.”
