Royal Mail has expanded its wellbeing benefits to provide extended support for employees and their families.
Through its wellbeing hub, Royal Mail employees will have unlimited 24/7 access to an online GP that is also available to partners and children, unlimited mental health consultations for themselves and their partners, up from eight sessions per year previously, up to eight physiotherapy sessions a year for themselves and partners, and a personalised wellbeing report that unlocks lifestyle coaching, nutrition and personal training support.
Employees can also receive online assistance for menopause symptoms, as well as illnesses including cancer and long Covid, and advice and guidance on managing money, day-to-day budgeting, supporting with debt and help saving for the future.
In expanding its wellbeing support, Royal Mail is aiming to support staff with their physical and mental health and make it easier for those with illnesses to get better. The organisation is committed to offering extensive support for mental and physical health, as well as advice on money and support navigating big life events and smaller day-to-day challenges.

Royal Mail also offers employees a health cash plan, critical illness insurance and dental care available as an employee-paid flexible benefit, free eye checks, a bikes-for-work scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and an employee assistance programme.
