Customer engagement agency RAPP UK has implemented a family life-focused app to support its more than 1,600 employees going through fertility, pregnancy, and parenting.
Through the app, the agency’s employees will be able to access on-demand support, advice and resources across all stages of parenthood from experts, including fertility specialists, midwives, nutritionists, sleep consultants, child psychologists, and behavioural experts.
Staff can sign up to the app, which is provided by Bloss, anonymously and can access support through it without needing to make an appointment. It is also available to RAPP UK employees who are expecting a baby and those on parental leave.
This follows the announcement of RAPP’s Schools Out Support programme, which offers employees the opportunity to work 70% of the day during core hours, and make up the remaining time wherever suits them, in order to alleviate working parents’ worries around juggling school holiday childcare.
