Ramsay Health Care UK has launched a salary sacrifice car scheme for 3,000 eligible employees.
The provider of independent hospital services in England will offer the scheme to staff working in 36 of its private facilities.
It added the scheme to its existing benefits package to assist with attracting new employees, as well as staff retention and motivation.
The scheme, which is provided by Zenith, will offer participants an all-inclusive car package, tax savings and fixed costs with no deposit payable.
Sarah Browne, head of HR at Ramsey Health Care UK, said: ”We have had a lot of interest in the scheme already and expect it to help us with our recruitment and retention strategy, as well as increase overall employee engagement.”
