Poll: Do you offer a neonatal leave policy?

Take part in our latest readers’ poll on a current topical issue. Earlier this month, Employee Benefits reported that Marks and Spencer introduced a neonatal policy to allow those with babies who need neonatal care to benefit from extra leave and pay without using up maternity, paternity or adoption leave.

In addition, the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act received Royal Assent, allowing eligible employed parents whose newborn baby is admitted to neonatal care to take up to 12 weeks of paid leave.

In light of this, do you offer a neonatal leave policy to your workforce?
