Oddbox launches financial wellbeing platform for staff

oddboxSustainable fruit and vegetable delivery business Oddbox has introduced a financial wellbeing platform for its approximately 100 members of staff.

Through a partnership with finance and wellbeing provider Mintago, Oddbox has given employees the ability to find all past pensions and manage contributions towards their current pension, as well as access to financial planning and savings tools, financial advisers, debt counselling, and financial education programmes.

According to the business, it introduced the platform in order to better support its employees with pension and financial management tools.

Fiona Wallis, head of people and business operations at Oddbox, said: “In the midst of the cost-of-living crisis, continued rising inflation and economic uncertainty, it has never been more important to look after people’s financial wellbeing. By providing employees with greater insight into and control over their finances, we are aiming to help them live healthier, happier lives.

“Not only can [Mintago] help the Oddbox team track lost pensions from previous employers, but it will also allow them to adjust pension contributions based on their needs, and offer excellent financial planning tools.

“The savings the business generated by Mintago switching us to the salary sacrifice pension scheme also gave us an opportunity to put more money into our employees’ pocket through increased employer contributions for those who opt in to salary exchange.”
