Last chance to benchmark healthcare benefits in exclusive research

healthcare

How are organisations supporting employees’ mental health and what are employers doing around calculating the return-on-investment of health and wellbeing benefits? What group risk benefits form part of organisations’ healthcare and wellbeing strategy, and what are they doing to reduce sickness absence?

Today (Tuesday 23 July 2019) is the last chance for Employee Benefits readers to have their say in the exclusive Employee Benefits/Health Shield healthcare research 2019.

This research allows employers to benchmark their strategy on healthcare and wellbeing, comparing reward best practice with industry peers and competitors. HR, benefits and reward professionals will also be able to share their plans and projections for future benefits provision in this space, and track common industry themes.

The research will ask readers about the factors that influence decision-making around healthcare benefits, as well as poll what wellbeing provisions employers have in place. The research also aims to explore employers’ understanding of their duty of care to their staff around employee wellbeing, as well as dissect popular sickness absence approaches.

The deadline for completing the survey is today.
