Lampton Group names new group head of people and culture

Lampton Group people cultureLampton Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of the London Borough of Hounslow that provides commercial and residential services to the area, has recruited Claire Clifford as group head of people and culture.

In her new role, Clifford will support the group’s objectives to provide positive social and economic outcomes for the Hounslow council and community. She and the team will lead a number of people-led initiatives that provide employment and skill development opportunities for local residents, such as apprenticeship programmes, supported internships, green-skills training and recruitment open days.

With more than 20 years of experience in HR, Clifford has knowledge from the variety of sectors she has worked across, including retail, housing, customer experience and engineering, before starting her own HR support business in 2018. She has previously held senior roles in the Association for Consultancy and Engineering and the Environmental Industries Commission.

Clifford said: “I am delighted to be joining Lampton Group during such an exciting period of growth and transformation. Lampton is underpinned by strong values and ambitions and I look forward to continuing to attract, retain and develop the business’ diverse talents and support the local community into employment.”
