EXCLUSIVE: HR, reward and benefits professionals attending Employee Benefits Live 2017 will be able to attend free one-to-one consultancy sessions with leading employee benefits providers in a new Consulting Clinic.
The Consulting Clinic, launching at Employee Benefits Live this year, will allow delegates to book on-the-day slots with employee benefits providers and consultants, enabling them to gain free professional advice on specific reward and benefits issues or challenges their organisation may be facing.
The private one-to-one meetings will be held across both days of the annual two-day event, which will take place on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 October at Olympia National, London, in association with Simplyhealth.
Attendees will be able to quiz experts one a variety of industry hot topics, for example financial wellbeing, health, motivation and reward, and pensions. Organisations such as Lorica, Neyber, Jelf Group and Wealth at Work will be taking sessions on financial wellbeing-related queries, while healthcare providers Cigna and Simplyhealth will be among the organisations offering guidance on employee health.
Representatives from Personal Group, Reward Gateway, Red Letter Days Motivates and Sodexo will be providing advice on delegates’ various employee motivation questions, while Zenith and Careline will also be available to offer expert opinions.
Alongside the Consulting Clinic, Employee Benefits Live, which is Europe’s largest dedicated event for the HR and reward industry, will also host a Relaxation Room, in recognition of World Mental Health Day on 10 October. Designed to promote positive and proactive mental health activities, attendees will be able to participate in group meditation sessions, or enjoy a shoulder massage, away from the hustle and bustle of the main exhibition floor.
