Do you know a rising star in the reward and benefits industry? Why not celebrate their achievements by entering them for the Rising Star award at the Employee Benefits Awards 2023.
This award will celebrate an HR or benefits professional who has been in the industry for less than five years and has already had a considerable impact on HR and business strategies.
The judges will be looking at how the skills and talents of this individual have played a crucial part in the effective delivery of the organisation’s benefits strategy, looking for examples of initiatives that demonstrate how their achievements have contributed to results. These could include what they have done to distinguish themselves early in their career or how their input has impacted HR or business strategy.
More experienced HR, reward and benefits practitioners, meanwhile, may wish to put themselves, or their peers, forward for the acolade of Benefits Professional of the Year. The winner of this award will be someone who is seen as a shining light within the industry, who colleagues turn to for guidance or look to for inspiration, someone who is seen as a trailblazer due to the initiatives they have introduced within their organisation, and who is a must-attend speaker at events.
The 21st Employee Benefits Awards will take place on Friday 23 June 2023 at the HAC, London.
Entrants can choose from 23 categories, ranging from pensions, mental health and motivational benefits to hybrid working, financial wellbeing and reproductive health support. Organisations can enter as many categories as they wish in order to gain recognition for achievements and excellence in attracting, motivating and rewarding employees through their benefits strategies.
