BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Vicky Ryan and Fiona Biddle (pictured left and right respectively) to job share the role of UK HR director as of this month, following Ryan’s return from maternity leave.
Both will have full responsibility and accountability for the business’ HR department, each working three days a week, splitting the responsibilities equally as well as being full members of the executive committee.
Ryan has been with the firm 14 years and has held a variety of HR roles during this time. Fiona joined a year ago as interim UK HR director and was previously with HSBC for 14 years.

It is fairly unique and innovative approach for such a senior position, but it’s important for us to put our people first.
