Barrhead Travel menopause championsBarrhead Travel has launcheda dedicated team of menopause champions to support its 500 employees.

The team comprises five volunteer employees that represent departments across the business. It includes staff who have experienced menopause, are currently going through menopause and passionate advocates.

Our wellness strategy is predominantly employee-driven and this is a great example of an initiative that has been steered by our people. We’re listening to what our people are asking for and making positive change that promotes collaboration.”
