B Braun Medical names new HR director

B Braun MedicalMedical technology firm B Braun Medical has appointed Helene Ghosh HR director to strengthen its senior leadership team.

Within this role, Ghosh will actively engage with various departments, finalising the HR strategy, and empowering leaders to drive positive change. She will streamline processes, enhance digital tools, and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace culture.

With more than 16 years of experience at BT, Ghosh served as a HR director within the global part of the business. In other previous roles, she had global responsibility for the HR function for commercial, strategy, transformation, digital product, banking, and finance sectors, as well as serving as regional HR director for the Americas.

She has also had responsibility for HR in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa region and led global health and wellbeing initiatives for more than 13,500 employees.
